Beach and Snow Rentals is a collection of family owned and managed properties. Our Balboa Peninsula location is a beautifully updated duplex located in a prime location. The property offers two completely separate rentals, Balboa Peninsula Beach House on the lower level, and Balboa Peninsula Beach Retreat on the upper level. Each has a separate entrance and dedicated parking for up to two vehicles.

Located at the narrowest part of the Peninsula, our luxury vacation rentals are just steps from beaches, boating, shopping, dining and fun.
