Beach and Snow Rentals is a collection of family owned and managed properties. Our Balboa Peninsula location is a beautifully updated duplex located in a prime location. The property offers two completely separate rentals, Balboa Peninsula Beach House on the lower level, and Balboa Peninsula Beach Retreat on the upper level. Each has a separate entrance and dedicated parking for up to two vehicles.
